Christmas buffet 2023!

Our classic 15-metre-long Christmas buffet, including a music quiz followed by a piano bar SHOW with piano maestro Anders Sparlund and the band from the main stage until 01.00, can now be booked every Friday and Saturday from the end of November and throughout December.

All of the above in combination with a fantastic venue, in which our whisky venture is reflected in both the interiors and style, creates a wonderful atmosphere and experience that many companies and families over the years have appreciated as a slightly different Christmas buffet experience. The inclusion of a quiz and live music from the stage with a pianist helps guarantee a great evening out.

The evening starts at 18.00 when hot mulled wine is served on your arrival on the red carpet.

Around 18.30 you are welcome to start dining from our 15-metre-long Christmas buffet.

Around 20.30, just in time for our various desserts, after-dinner drinks and coffee, the evening’s music quiz gets under way.

Christmas plate catering & Christmas open sandwiches

For both companies and groups of at least 20 people, we can serve our Christmas plates and Christmas open sandwiches at no extra cost.

Our Christmas plates consist of:

Cold: Kronan’s whisky herring, creamy crayfish herring, 2 x eggs from Ulfstorp with toppings, seafood-filled croustades, beetroot salad, crumbed Christmas ham from Erikson Chark, rolled turkey breast from Adelsåsen in Levenes, Christmas bread from Nybakat i Vara, gravadlax in mustard and dill sauce, Christmas cheese from Sivans ost in Vara, and jellied veal from Erikson Chark.

Hot: Christmas “prinskorv” sausage from Stommen in Long, Kronan’s juicy meatballs, Kronan’s slow-cooked brown beans, butter-fried Brussel sprouts from nearby farms, Jansson’s temptation with potatoes from Svartemadens potatis outside Vara, luxury omelette with eggs from Ulfstorp and creamed mushrooms, turkey meatballs from Adelsåsen in Stora Levene and our excellent red cabbage made from Jordarv red cabbage.
